All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of the Platform or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is not responsible for the quality of escape room experiences provided by Partners. The Platform's liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the specific booking in question.
